Does the e-shop have the same products as the Specialized Concept and Elite Store?
Yes, the e-shop sells the same products that are available in the Tallinn and Tartu store. The range of products may vary from store to store, and the range of products available in the store is wider and not all products are included in the e-shop (e.g. clothing). Hence, if you cannot find the product you are looking for in the e-shop - we always recommend that you contact us by phone (6780300) or email ([email protected]). Or go through the shops - always the safest option!
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
Delivery time and cost depend on the option you choose. The standard delivery time is 3-7 working days, Smartpost parcel delivery or courier to your home for €5. Free shipping on purchases from 75€. In the event of an out of stock item due to human error, the Consumer will be contacted separately and a new delivery time will be worked out or the item will be replaced with an equivalent product.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, contact the Webshop immediately by emailing [email protected] or by calling 6780300. Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. The incorrect product will be exchanged for the correct one (subject to stock availability), and in the case of a damaged product, an expert examination will be carried out to determine the cause of the damage.
What should I do if the product does not fit?
The product can be returned within 14 days if it has not been used or damaged and is in its original packaging. The cost of return is to be borne by the customer.
Can all goods be delivered to a parcel machine?
Due to the fact that some products are too large or heavy, not all products can be delivered to a parcel machine. Examples of such products are bicycles, for which we ask you to contact us separately at [email protected] or by calling 6780300 to agree on a delivery method. For bicycles, it is always safer to come to the shop and there are two main reasons for this: there is actually a lot of useful additional information that we can explain to you, which will always be of great help when it comes to using, maintaining and fitting your bike; and a bike that has been delivered from the shop, unboxed, is always 100% ready to ride.
