* The Consumer is aware and agrees that the Online Shop stores and may carry out the processing of personal data disclosed by the Consumer in accordance with the law and the terms and conditions of sale.
* The Webshop will use the personal data provided by the Consumer (name, telephone number, address, e-mail address) in particular for the processing of the order placed in the e-shop. The online shop will transmit the Consumer's personal data to a logistics partner for the delivery of the goods.
* The personal data provided by the Consumer will be stored in the customer register and will be used for the provision of sales and maintenance services, as well as, where necessary, for communicating with the Consumer and making offers requested by the Consumer.

The Consumer may at any time opt out of receiving offers and newsletters by e-mail by informing the Webshop by e-mail ([email protected]) or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
* The consumer has the right to request the correction and removal of his/her personal data at any time, unless otherwise provided by law, by informing the Webshop by e-mail.
* The Webshop does not transmit, sell or disclose the personal data collected to third parties without the prior consent of the Consumer, unless there is a legal obligation to do so or to protect their rights.
* If the Consumer believes that the Online Shop has violated the rights of the Consumer in the processing of personal data in the course of its activities, the Consumer has the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
